Anna shares her experience of her recent yoga retreat and we talk a little bit about what yoga means to us and how we experience it in our day to day lives. We share what brought us to the practice and how we have personally experienced the benefits of using yoga as a tool to help process emotions, traumas, and resetting of the nervous system.
We share a little bit of chakra insight and the importance of being in tune with nature and the energy around us and why it’s so valuable to take time out to reset, recalibrate and restore.
