Ché is joined by Michael Ernest a Nigerian yoga teacher and advocate for making yoga and meditation inclusive and representative of black and African people. Michael shares his personal story of being underrepresented in the wellness industry and his personal experience with the systemic racism that is present even in the yoga world. With his background in marketing and his current position as a studio owner in Nigeria, Michael shares some really practical tips for helping white-centred yoga studios and teachers become more inclusive and open their doors to a wider, more diverse community.
