Self-worth is more than taking a bubble bath - but sometimes a bubble bath is the biggest act of self-worth there is - IF you approach it with the right intention. In this episode, Ché shares her self-worth revelations after her weekend away with Anna and we explore how self-worth is about OWNING and truly knowing yourself  - both positive and less positive aspects of yourself. We look at the idea of conditioning the body to feel a certain way - which is true too for the way in which we feel about ourselves and how we can start to create increased levels of self-worth.
