Low energy and fatigue can affect us all from time to time. Sometimes it can be a reflection of the time of year or how busy we have been. However, sometimes it can also be an ongoing challenge because something (or a few things) might be out of balance in the body. Rebalancing and optimising our energy can sometimes be a pretty complex rabbit warren of things to address. Ultimately, good health means good energy. This week Ché and Anna kick off the first episode of the energy series. The series aims to address different things we want to get curious about and pay attention to when it comes to looking after our bodies, hearts and souls as best we can. In Part 1, Anna covers the basic nutritional concepts of calories in vs calories out, how to optimise where our calories come from, meal frequency and timing and some important nutrients to pay attention to for a quick energising win!
