Energy is everything - from “energy in/energy out” which we covered in last weeks episode, to reading the energy of other people and managing our own energetic states to create a vibrant and high vibe life. This week we continue on the energy conversation as we take a more holistic approach to how energy affects and impacts us all. We look at some practices that we can implement in our lives to bring our focus and therefore our energy back into the present moment so that we can show up more fully for ourselves and those around us.
